How to disable the Plauti Deduplicate triggers for actions executed by a certain (system) user

It is possible to disable all Plauti Deduplicate triggers for actions that are executed by a certain (system) user. For example, disable Plauti Deduplicate for when records are created via a certain API integration.

Disable Plauti Deduplicate triggers for a certain user

  1. Navigate to the Salesforce Setup > Object Manager > User > User Page Layouts.

  2. Edit the User Page Layout.

  3. From the "Fields" section, drag and drop the "Disable All Deduplicate Triggers" checkbox to the user page layout.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Navigate to the Salesforce Setup - Administration: Users.

  6. Open the user page for the user you want to configure this for.

  7. Click "Edit".

  8. Find the "Disable All Deduplicate Triggers" checkbox and set it to "True".

    Please note that if the checkbox is not visible, this is most likely related to Field Level Security.

  9. Click Save.
