DC Live - Blank Component

Question

When I am on a record page, DC Live only shows the logo, nothing else.

Answer

This can have two different causes:

1. Incomplete Object Filter Configuration

It might be caused by an incomplete Object Filter configuration, where Type is set to 'Value (not) Equal', but no Field is selected:

You need to select a Field, and fill in a Value (unless the field value for the field you selected should be empty).

2 Missing Apex Classes

The end user does not have access to all Apex Classes starting with 'dupcheck'. Read here about how to get access to the Apex Classes.
