Plauti Cloud Login Error

Question:

When I try to log into Plauti Cloud I get an error stating 'invalidgrant: ip restricted'.

Answer:

This is caused by your IP login security settings. Please whitelist the following IP address:
35.204.140.58

Please add it to both the Login IP Ranges (for the affected Profiles) and the Network Access settings in Salesforce Setup.
