Installing PO

Plauti Orchestrate for Salesforce, or PO for short, combines the strengths of Plauti's Salesforce apps in one flow.

Use one of the templates in the PO package to set up a flow that combines features of Plauti Manipulate, Plauti Deduplicate, Plauti Verify and Plauti Assign:

  • Trigger the flow with a Direct Action when a Lead is created
  • Let PV validate the Lead's address details
  • Let PD check for duplicate Contact, Account, or Lead records and merge or convert if applicable
  • If no duplicates are found, let PA assign the Lead
  • Keep users informed with email or in-app notifications

All fully automated and daisy-chained.

Install PO

To install the Plauti Orchestrate flow templates:

  1. Click the install link: https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04tIV000000DHPdYAO

  2. Select “Install for Admins Only”

  3. Tick the box at “I acknowledge that I’m installing a Non-Salesforce Application that is not authorized for distribution as part of Salesforce’s AppExchange Partner Program.”

  4. Click “Install”

When installing is completed:

  1. Create a flow based on one of the templates

  2. Configure the flow to match your ORG settings
